Lab Cash Rates

If labs are done with cash rates then MUST be done same day and within the office via Labcorp only.

1. We will not allow future labs to be paid for ahead of time. 

2. These rates are only for self pay patients (not using insurance) and are subject to change anytime

3. Patient must be present in office to pay for labs just prior to having them draw. You will be given a special lab slip at that time. Otherwise if above steps are not followed, then your bill will come from Labcorp and be much higher
