Non-Dash, original PDM-
We upload your PDM to Glooko manually. You will need an Omnipod System USB Cable, which came with your Omnipod System PDM. Instructions for Glooko: Please first go to https://support.glooko.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003858029 to learn how to obtain the Glooko uploader. Once you have done this, please go to https://support.glooko.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003857229 to learn how to upload your device to Glooko. After uploading the pump, go to your Glooko settings and enter "htes" as your pro-connect code so that we may view your readings. *** If you have trouble, please send us a message so we can schedule a visit with the nurse for download in the office Med Center or Katy ****

Tandem Tslim pumps
Tandem pumps should auto-sync if you have already created a t:Connect account and shared your credentials with our diabetes educator. Sometimes data does not automatically sync t:Connect. This is most often due to the t:Connect mobile app being closed on your phone and the pump not synching with the app. We just ask that you check on this: please re-open your t:Connect app and allow it to run in the background for at least 3 days prior to your next appointment. It can take several days for months of pump data to sync with the app. Please contact our office or technical support if you have any questions regarding this issue. Please go to https://www.medtronicdiabetes.com/sites/default/files/library/download-library/references/CareLink-Personal-Software-Quick-Start-Guide.pdf to learn how to upload your Medtronic pump to Carelink. Once you have done this, please send us your Carelink username and password by replying to this message in your patient portal. This will allow us to link to your account and access the uploads that you do from home.
