1) We are flexible. We are seeking full time or part-time (with full benefits) physician endocrinologists:
We offer a family-oriented work scheduling to fit your needs: THREE, FOUR, or FIVE days a week. We have doctors scheduled to see patients 21 to 35+ hours a week to fit their needs. We have doctors working full time on a three day patient schedule.
We have new and follow-up easy-to-use telemedicine appointments that can be done at the office or at a home office. We also can offer 3-day work weeks with longer (telemedicine) hours if higher pay and less days worked is desired.
Work Location: Remote telemedicine from home and office locations Bellaire 77401 and Katy 77494 locations. Hybrid or full time in office (no telemedicine-only)
2) We are owned by mission drive doctors who want autonomy and agency over our personal time.
We strive for excellence in the diagnosis and treatment in disorders of the endocrine system. We go to great lengths to care for each and every patient and spend time listening to and addressing all questions and concerns. We deliver affordable care with clear access to an endocrinologist. We are not a weight loss clinic. We do not sell vitamins or supplements. We are not owned by health insurances, private equity, or hospital entities.
3) We foster a collegial atmosphere and try to eliminate the concept of "burn out" in medicine using technology to eliminate mundane tasks to allow our doctors to work at the top of their license. We have streamlined workflows to create an efficient use of a doctor's time using technology, bots, and micro assistants. Workflows created, maintained, and updated by the doctors. Our doctors are not burned out since we have innovative solutions:
Teams of personnel who eliminate or greatly reduce lab result reviews, progress note creation and filling, refills, prior authorization forms, form filling, lab printing, and lab ordering
Getting paid for the time you open a patient chart and greatly reduce or eliminate pajama-time with paid portal messaging and easy automated SMS messaging with patients via your personal virtual and medical assistants
Pre-visit note writing and attachments of CGM, pump, lab data before MD sees the patient
We encourage in-office diagnostic thyroid ultrasound and thyroid FNA with GE machines. For applicants that have not done this in a while, we have a teaching program for you. Patients love it and have come to expect that our doctors do the ultrasound on the spot.

Diabetes education- All doctors have access to our full-time employed Certified Diabetes Educator who handles all pump and CGM and insulin starts and insulin teaching for all office and virtual locations.
Registered dietitian- All doctors have access to our full-time employed Registered Dietitian handles all nutrition questions and obesity for all office and virtual locations.
4) 100% general endocrinology. We provide onsite thyroid ultrasound, thyroid biopsy, CGMS, virtual and on-site registered dietician and diabetes education. We teach doctors the skills to complete thyroid diagnostic ultrasounds and thyroid FNA. All of our doctors are expected to perform diagnostic thyroid ultrasounds and FNA thyroid biopsies. All patients are required to have a separate primary care doctor.
5) 100% outpatient-only practice with a very reasonable patient load of self pay, private commercial insurance and Medicare only. We have 1 week every 8 weeks of "call" by phone where the doctor can be located anywhere phone service it functional. On average the doctor will get 1-3 calls per year during these weeks, very light. There is no hospital call.

8) Competitive salary with quarterly production bonuses. Base plus generous quarterly bonus that is usually achieved within 6 months of starting. Based on collections, not RVUs
9) Tight-knit group - We have quarterly group meetings with all the doctors to review cases and review workflows in a relaxed setting. The doctors work in group work rooms for comradery and ease of sharing information with all doctors.
