We understand that parking in the medical center can sometimes be difficult.  There are four locations with convenient parking (see below).  Please plan ahead.

We do not validate parking.

Enter your starting address below to get directions to a parking location within or close to our building. If you have trouble finding a spot in our building, the O'Quinn Medical Tower, try one of three alternate locations which are within a three minute walking distance. 

  
 

 6624 Fannin Street (O'Quinn Medical Tower) 

Although this is the building in which our office is located, it has the most difficult parking. Consider parking at 6620 Main street which is easier to navigate (see below). 
  • Please note that in order to park in the St Luke's O'Quinn Medical Tower you can only enter from Fannin Street, not from Main Street.  
  • The easiest way to enter is to approach the building heading south on Fannin Street. 
  •  Stay in the right lane of Fannin after you cross University. 
  • On Fannin, cross Dryden street (you will pass a Starbucks on the right). 
  • Take a right turn at the Bellows Street traffic light into the parking lot at St Lukes O'Quinn Tower.  
  •  If you reach Holcombe Blvd you have gone too far and will need to circle back around:  take a right onto Holcombe, then a right on Main and then a right on Dryden, then a right again onto Fannin.  
  • You can either valet or self park. Take the bank of elevators to the 22nd floor to see us. We do not validate parking. 

O'Quinn Medical Tower


 6620 Main Street at Baylor Clinic 

This building is across Main street behind our building and is accessible by car from Main Street, in either the northbound or southbound directions.*****This location is the easiest place to park******
  • If going north on Main Street, after you cross Holcombe, stay in the left lane, take a left at the next light onto a street called Southgate. 
  •  6620 Main is the white building on the right side of Southgate street. 
  • Park on any floor of the self-parking garage, take the elevators to the 3rd floor walkway. 
  • Use the walkway/skybridge to cross main street. Pass the 'faculty center'.  Just prior to the next walkway take the escalators that are to your right down to the first floor. You are now in our building. 
  • Walk around the corner and take the elevators to the 22nd floor to see us. We do not validate parking.

6653 Fannin Street (Garage 12)

This garage is directly across Fannin Street in front of our building and allows for self parking. It is accessible by car while going north on Fannin Street. Take a right turn at the Bellows Street traffic light after crossing Holcombe Blvd.  It is adjacent to the Texas Childrens Hospital. Take the garage elevators to the street level, walk across Fannin at the walkway, and enter our building on the first floor. We do not validate parking.

6623 Fannin Street (Garage 1) 

This garage is also  across Fannin Street from our building and only allows for self parking.  It is accessible by car when going north on Fannin Street immediately after crossing Bellows Street take a right turn in to this lot.  It is adjacent to Methodist Hospital. If you park here, then take the garage elevators to street level, cross Fannin Street, and enter our building on the first floor. You then can take the elevators in our building to the 23rd floor.  Try parking at the O'Quinn Tower or the Southgate lot if it is raining. We do not validate parking. Try parking at the O'Quinn Tower or the Southgate lot if it is raining.
